PLAWorx Limited Warranty
At PLAWorx, we stand by the quality of our 3D-printed products. All our products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and craftsmanship. We want to make sure you have a great experience, but there are a few things we need to clarify.

Accidental Drops: If your PLAWorx product takes a tumble off your desk, table, or shelf and cracks, we’ve got you covered! Accidents happen, and for 1 year from the date of purchase, we will replace or repair your product.
Shipping Damage: If your product arrives cracked or damaged, don’t worry. We will cover it as long as you provide the required evidence.

Intentional Damage: If you wake up and decide to test the durability of your product by throwing it off your roof, smashing it with a hammer, or any other form of intentional destruction, this warranty will not apply. Our warranty is designed to cover normal use and accidental damage—not extreme scenarios.
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear over time is not covered. This includes minor scratches, discoloration, or slight imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.

To process any warranty claim, we require both photo and video evidence of the issue. This helps us understand the problem and ensure we provide the right solution.

Simply contact us with your order number, a brief description of the problem, and both the photo and video showing the damage, and we’ll take it from there.

How to Make a Claim
